Welcome to the AMPD Resistance Instructor Training Course! AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.
During this self-paced training, we will provide you with the foundational elements of the AMPD Resistance Program, while focusing on form, technique, safety, and presentation, all while having fun!
