Welcome to the AMPD Kickboxing Instructor Training Course! This program is designed to combine various kickboxing, boxing, and mixed martial arts movements with great music to create a fun, high-intensity full body workout that anyone can do.
During this interactive training we will provide you with the foundational elements of the AMPD Kickboxing program while focusing on form, technique, safety, and presentation, all while having fun!
