Welcome to the AMPD Power Flow Instructor Training Course! You are about to experience the practice of yoga in a whole new way! This program was designed to take kettlebells and resistance bands to fuse them together with yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning, low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility all while moving to fun, flowy music.
During this interactive training, we will provide you with the foundational elements of the AMPD Power Flow Program, while focusing on form, technique, safety, and presentation, all while having fun!
