Welcome to the AMPD Burn Instructor Training Course! You are about to experience Barre in a whole new way! This program was designed to take light kettlebells (optional), resistance bands, and mini bands to fuse them together with Barre inspired movements focusing on the lower body compound and isometric movements developing strength and flexibility through the entire body.
During this interactive training, we will provide you with the foundational elements of the AMPD Burn Program, while focusing on form, technique, safety, and presentation, all while having fun!
